On with the quest.
When you first acquaint yourself with a fractal program you will be surprised by what you get to see. These programs produce a vast array of shapes and colours.
Produce a number of fractals.
Save especially those images that in your opinion have a good composition. Colours or sharpness are not important yet, you can alter them to your own liking in Paint Shop Pro.
Open a fractal in Paint Shop Pro.
The possibilities in making a fractal are too numerous for me to be able to give you any definite instructions. Every fractal will differ from any other.
Sharpen
the image with
Effects > Sharpen and adjust it if you like with
filters like Colours > Adjust
> Hue / Saturation / Lightness.
Use the right mouseclick in the 'Layer Palette' on the layer 'Background' and select Duplicate in the dropdown menu.
Select the 'Difference'- mode in the 'Layer Palette'.
The image now turns black.
